Summer 2027 · Registration opens 12 January

Five sessions. Pick the one that fits your kid.

How to choose: go by age first — the age bands are firm because cabins are grouped by them. If your child is new to camp and turning 11, Junior Week is usually the better week.

Session 01 · Ages 7–10

Junior Week

What's different about this session

This is the week we build for children who have never slept away from home. Activity blocks are shorter, lights out is earlier, and the cabin counselor sleeps in the cabin rather than in a staff bunk. Homesick campers get a phone call home on the second night if they ask for one — we do not make them wait it out.

Usually full by the end of February.

Session 02 · Ages 11–14

Senior Week

What's different about this session

The full waterfront program opens up: canoe trips off the near shore, kayak rolls, and the climbing wall at height. Mid-week the whole session walks out for one night on the trail, cooks over a fire, and sleeps under tarps. Evening small groups stay with the same cabin all week, which is where most of the real conversation happens.

Our largest week — book early if siblings need the same dates.

Session 03 · Ages 15–17

Leaders in Training

What's different about this session

Two weeks, and it is closer to a job than a holiday. LITs learn to plan and run an activity block, assist the lifeguards on the waterfront, and take a cabin for part of a day under a counselor's supervision. They also do the unglamorous parts: dish duty rotations, setting up the fire ring, and the debrief afterwards where they hear honestly how it went. Most of our current counselors came through this program.

Short interview with the program director before a place is confirmed.

Family Weekend

What's different about this session

Late-summer weekend for whole families. Families share a cabin, eat in the dining hall, and the program is simplified: open waterfront, one all-camp game, and a Saturday evening fire. Parents supervise their own children. This is the easiest way to see the place before sending a child on their own.

Good first visit if your child is nervous about a full week.

Retreat enquiry

No camper turned away

a fund, not a favour

If the price is the only thing standing between your child and a week at camp, apply to the fund. The form is one page, it is confidential, and it asks for no documentation — no tax returns, no letter from anyone. A director reads it and replies within a week. Roughly one camper in six comes on assistance and no one at camp knows which.

Partial or full

Ask for the amount you need. Awards range from a quarter of tuition to the whole week including the bus.

No deadline

Applications are read year-round until the fund is spent. Applying does not hold a spot — register at the same time.

Nothing on the record

Counselors are not told. Cabin lists, activities and bus seats are identical.
