A week by the lake where kids put the screen down, learn to paddle a canoe, and talk about faith around a fire instead of in a lecture hall.
A week here, in short
Three things fill the day. The rest is cabin time, meals, and the walk between them.
On the water
Canoes, kayaks, and a swim area with certified lifeguards on duty. Beginners get taught properly: how to hold a paddle, how to get back in a boat, how to read the wind before you cross open water.
On the trail
Day hikes for everyone and one overnight for the older weeks. Campers carry their own pack, cook over a fire, and sleep under a tarp within radio contact of camp.
Around the fire
Evenings end at the fire ring, then small groups by cabin. The questions kids actually have about faith get asked out loud and taken seriously. Nobody is put on the spot.

Ages 7–10 · 5 nights
Junior Week
Built for first-time campers. Shorter days, a counselor who sleeps in the cabin, and a phone call home if it is needed.

Ages 11–14 · 6 nights
Senior Week
The full waterfront program, an overnight on the trail, and evening small groups that run all week with the same cabin.

Leaders in Training
Learn to run activities, assist the lifeguards, and lead a cabin under supervision. Most of our counselors started here.

Two-adult rule at all times. No one-on-one unobserved contact, ever.
Nurse on site all week
Written medication policy. Allergies and diets handled in the dining hall, not worked around.
Every staff member checked
Background checks and child-protection training before a camper arrives.
Photos every day
Posted each evening so you can see your kid is fine without calling.
On the last night I asked a question I would never ask at church, and nobody made it weird.
She came home filthy and talked for two hours straight. The counselor knew her name and knew what she was good at.

Opens Tuesday 12 January 2027, 9am.
Closes 1 June 2027, or earlier if a session fills.
Junior and Senior Week filled in under three weeks last year. Family Weekend usually has room into July.
